First: Download and Install OM4.2HUI or 5.xHUI...
Second: Run your OM using these settings:

APN: www.globe.com.ph
IP: 203.177.042.214
PORT: 80

*HTTP Server: http://www.globe.com.ph/globe.asp@
*Socket Server2: http://www.globe.com.ph/globe.asp@
* Front Query: www.globe.com.ph/globe.asp@

And you're DONE!

UPDATE
GLOBE's RIP TRICK is back! Just use t.globe.com.ph and twitter.globe.com.ph as your freesite...and use http.globe.com.ph as your APN.

SMART

Follow the steps for Globe using the following settings:

APN: internet
IP: 80.239.242.113 (or you may use any working OM server)
PORT: 80

* HTTP Server: http://10.102.61.238:8002/
* Socket Server: http://10.102.61.238:8002/
* Front Query: 10.102.61.238:8002
