Second: Run your OM3.1HUI using these settings:

APN: www.globe.com.ph
IP: 203.177.042.214
PORT: 80

* Custom HTTP Server1: http://www.globe.com.ph/globe.asp@
* Custom HTTP Server2: http://www.globe.com.ph/globe.asp@
* Front Query: www.globe.com.ph/globe.asp@

Third: Now, connect it. Once connected, change the protocol from Socket to HTTP...
And you're DONE!

APN: internet
IP: 195.189.142.69
PORT: 80
